Victoria is Business Director for a Primary Multi Academy Trust and has worked in education for over 20 years. She has performed various roles from Clerical Assistant to Acting Head gaining experience of all aspects of educational leadership along the way. Victoria believes that all children should have a happy positive school experience and be supported to be confident, resilient, high-achieving learners. Victoria holds a BA(Hons) in School Business Management.
